BmePort Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid-beta policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law take priority.

1. Seven-day free trial

No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge.

2. Renewal

After the trial or a paid term, the subscription may renew under the terms shown at checkout. You can cancel before the next billing date.

3. First paid charge

As a BmePort beta policy, refund requests are accepted within seven days of the first paid charge. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Renewal charges

A full refund request is accepted within seven days of a renewal when there has been no material use after renewal. Other cases are handled based on applicable law, actual usage and the payment provider's rules.

5. Material service failure

If a BmePort-caused failure prevents reasonable use of paid core functionality for a material period, we may provide a refund or service extension as appropriate.

6. Refund method

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and may require additional processing time by the payment provider.

7. Cancellation effect

By default, cancellation stops future renewal while access continues through the already-paid period, unless an immediate termination option is offered.
